I partner with female coaches, consultants, creatives, and service providers to bring structure, systems, and calm to the backend of their business.
I didn’t start out planning to become an Online Business Manager.
In the early days of running my own business, I was that founder — doing everything myself, figuring things out as I went, and holding the entire business together in my head.
I ran a Shopify e-commerce store selling pet products for cats and dogs. On paper, things were working. Orders were coming in, customers were happy, and the business was growing.
But behind the scenes, I was stretched thin.
I was managing inventory, customer communication, payments, suppliers, marketing, and day-to-day operations on my own.
There were no real systems.
No documented processes.
No structure outside of me.
Everything depended on my memory, my availability, and my constant attention.
That was the moment I realized something many coaches, creatives, and service providers eventually face:
A business can be profitable and still feel overwhelming.
Out of necessity, I began building structure.
I created workflows, organized tools, documented processes, and simplified how work moved through the business. Slowly, things changed. Tasks became repeatable. Decisions became clearer. The constant pressure lifted.
For the first time, the business felt manageable.
And that’s when it clicked.
The thing that came most naturally to me which is organizing chaos, creating systems, and thinking strategically about operations — was exactly what other founders were struggling with.
I began supporting other business owners behind the scenes — coaches, creatives, and service providers who were brilliant at what they did, but overwhelmed by the backend of their business.
I helped them clean up their systems, manage projects, document processes, and bring structure to businesses that had grown faster than their operations.
That work evolved into what I do today as an Online Business Manager.
I don’t just assist.
I don’t just implement tasks.
I step in as a strategic operations partner — someone who sees the big picture, manages the moving parts, and builds systems that actually support growth.
The Streamlined Client Onboarding Checklist is a behind-the-scenes operations resource created by Elizabeth, the SOS Architect herself.
Built for female coaches and service providers who want their onboarding to feel calm, professional, and repeatable, this checklist focuses on what actually happens after a client pays.
Instead of generic welcome steps, this resource walks you through the operational flow that turns a signed contract into a smooth onboarding experience without manual follow-ups, missed steps, or backend chaos.
